I got up at 5:30am to get my workout done before getting all of my littles ready for school.
I was a sweaty mess and had to take a breathe a few times, but having the modifier to follow was helpful. Once I got each move combination down I was having fun with it and really felt like Rocky training for the fight of his life!! Lol!
Oh, and another quick tip… It helped to say the moves out loud as I did them too.
I will follow up with a nightly 5 minute stretch that is provided with the program. Although I know I will be sore because I already feel it in my arms and core. Awesome, right?!! It means things are happening already. My body is waking up.
My nutrition for the day went really well. I followed my plan and enjoyed all the food I had today. I do feel a little hungry tonight. But I know that is the “sugar monster” trying to get me to cave. I refuse!!! I may have some decaf green tea before bed to calm my cravings.
Food for the day……
Lunch: Turkey Cobb Salad with balsamic dressing.
Dinner: Roasted spaghetti squash with turkey meatballs, marinara and a tiny bit of fresh parmesan.
Snack 1: Apple + 1 tsp Peanut Butter
Snack 2: Egg with whole wheat English muffin
…. I would say it was a success!!
